Join our Sunny Challenge for a fun + motivating way to build a habit, feel amazing, and connect with the most supportive Pilates community ever. Complete 24 classes in six weeks – aim for four classes per week.

With weekly themes focusing on original repertoire moves from Joseph Pilates’ Contrology, intentionally sequenced by the Sunny team to ensure accessibility while you build your skills, strength, and confidence across the six weeks.

Why the weekly themes and order matter

As always with The Sunny Challenge, we have dedicated themes each week that are carefully selected and sequenced by our Sunny team. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to ensure these themes are accessible and scalable so all Sunny Challengers get the most out of their practice over the six weeks.

Classic Moves

(Every Sunday at 10am, exclusive class style for Sunny Challengers)

This class gives you the opportunity to put your weekly work to the test. Classic Moves is a supportive, workshop-style session with Jo where we build strength and confidence in the shapes we’ve been exploring that week from the original Pilates repertoire.

This class is optional and is a perfect addition to your weekly practice if you’re wanting to explore the themes more. Open level and both pre and post natal friendly.

COMPETITION
RULES

  1. Complete 24 classes between 1 Sept and 12 Oct 2025 (aim for four a week)

  2. Only one class per day counts (except Dreamy, which can be taken as your second class that day)

  3. The Sunday Classic Moves class is exclusive for Sunny Challengers. This class style is optional not mandatory. It’s perfect for those wanting to explore the weekly theme more.

  4. No-shows or late cancellations mean you forfeit that class toward your 24, and you’ll miss out on prizes ☹ don’t let this happen to you! Contact us if something happens that’s out of your control so we can assess and do our best to support you.

  5. Entry fee: $399 – non-refundable, non-transferable

  6. If you select to split the payment into two and your second payment is declined you will be withdrawn from the Challenge.

  7. Winners drawn at the end-of-challenge party and notified if absent
