Competition Rules

Competition Rules

  • Complete 24 classes between 31 August and 11 October 2026 (aim for four per week).

  • Maximum of one class per day counts towards your 24 classes (except Dreamy Moves which can be taken as your second class of the day).

  • To be eligible for the grand prize, complete all 24 classes with no late cancels or no-shows. If something outside your control prevents you from attending, please get in touch via the app to discuss.

  • Complete four classes plus the weekly nervous system challenge to go into that week's mini prize draw.

  • Cards must be updated fully by the end of each week so we can track who is eligible for the mini prize draw and the main prize draw at the end.

  • Entry fee: $20 for Unlimited members or $450 for everyone else (payment plans available). If you'd like to sign up for an Unlimited Membership before the challenge please do so via the app. Registrations close Aug 23rd unless sold out prior. 

  • Challenge registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

  • If your payment plan defaults, you will be withdrawn from the challenge.

  • If you are on a 2pw or 3pw membership, you will be paused during the challenge.

Why the weekly themes and order matter

As always with The Sunny Challenge, we have dedicated themes each week that are carefully selected and sequenced by our Sunny team. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to ensure these themes are accessible and scalable so all Sunny Challengers get the most out of their practice over the six weeks.

Nervous System

This challenge goes beyond Pilates. Alongside your classes, you'll explore simple, practical ways to support your nervous system through weekly habit challenges, expert-led workshops, exclusive discounts and optional community experiences.

Challenge Inclusions

Your challenge registration includes access to 24 reformer classes over the six week challenge, your Nervous System Toolkit with weekly nervous system habit challenges, free workshops and community events, exclusive offers from local businesses including 50% off sauna and cold plunge sessions to support your recovery throughout the six weeks.
