Sunny Moves

A slower-paced, feel-good class where we focus on the foundations of reformer Pilates. Expect juicy, twisty shapes that help you explore length, reach and spaciousness through your whole body. This class is designed to build confidence and connection on the reformer, whether you’re new to the apparatus or have been using it for years.

Who it’s for: Everyone and anyone. New clients, prenatal and postnatal clients, those returning from a break or injury, or experienced movers wanting a slower pace that day.

Pre + post-natal clients are welcome, please let your teacher know so we can support you with modifications.

Spicy Moves

A faster-paced, full-body class with plenty of challenges offered throughout. This is where you come to push yourself, build strength, and explore more advanced shapes on the reformer.

Who it’s for: Clients who are confident on the reformer. Not suitable for total beginners.

Pre + post-natal clients are welcome, please let your teacher know so we can support you with modifications.

Dreamy Moves

Your go to class to slow down the mind and untangle the body.

A restorative reformer class featuring all your favourite Pilates stretches, designed to release tension and create space through the whole body. Expect to walk out feeling serene, restored and deeply relaxed.

A beautiful addition to your weekly Pilates practice.

Who it’s for: Open level and suitable for anyone and everyone.

Sweaty Moves

Our circuit based cardio reformer class designed to get your fix of endorphins.

Get your heart rate up, build stamina, and walk out feeling like an absolute legend.

Bring your towel.

Who it’s for: Clients who are confident moving on the reformer and are looking for a cardio focused challenge.

Not suitable for pregnant clients or those currently managing injuries.

Classic Moves

A super advanced, workshop style class. We work in 12 week blocks towards a 90 minute class where we move through a full order of classical repertoire.Each week we focus on movements inspired by Joseph Pilates’ Contrology classics, breaking them down, refining technique and building them up with intention.This is a deep dive into the classical system, designed to develop strength, control and precision over time.

Who it’s for: Experienced clients or Pilates teachers looking to deepen their personal practice and connect more closely with the classical repertoire.

Not suitable for pregnant clients or those currently managing injuries.

Baby Moves

Our pre and post-natal focussed class that you can bring your baby to! A chance to move your body in a supported environment while connecting with other parents. 

Who it’s for: While all classes at Sunny Moves are pregnancy and postnatal friendly, Baby Moves is a dedicated space for parents and parents-to-be. Bring your baby with you or come solo if you prefer.

Exercise clearance from your healthcare provider is required for this one if you're post partum.

JNR Moves

Perfect for primary school aged Sunny Kids who want to explore how strong, capable and confident their bodies can be. Each session is thoughtfully planned to build strength, flexibility and body awareness in a fun, encouraging environment. Whether your child loves movement or is just beginning to discover it, this class supports them to feel amazing in their own skin.

Getting ready for your class with us?

Hot tips for a sunny experience

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early, our gorgeous views means we are on level 1 and we can’t let you in once we start teaching. Our classes are 45 minutes and to ensure everyone gets the most out of those 45 minutes, we start on time. Once class starts the door is locked and unfortunately anyone not there in time will be considered a no-show.

  • Grip socks and a drink bottle, we will look after the rest! If you don’t have grip socks don’t stress, we sell them at reception.

  • We all know parking around Seaford can get a little spicy especially on beach days. Please allow yourself time to find a park. For tips on secret parking spots, have a chat with us at your next class ;)

  • Our classes run for 45 minutes and our commitment to you is you will feel supported and challenged throughout class. Our teachers are passionate about creating a positive movement experience for you so if there’s anything you think we need to know, have a chat to us before class.
