Why the weekly themes and order matter
As always with The Sunny Challenge, we have dedicated themes each week that are carefully selected and sequenced by our Sunny team. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to ensure these themes are accessible and scaled to ensure everyone gets the most out of their practice over the six weeks.
Classic Moves
(Every Sunday at 10am, exclusive class style for Sunny Challengers)
This class gives you the opportunity to put your weekly work to the test. Classic Moves is a supportive, workshop-style session with Jo where we build strength and confidence in the shapes we’ve been exploring that week from the original Pilates repertoire.
This class is optional and is a perfect addition to your weekly practice if you’re wanting to explore the themes more. Open level and both pre and post natal friendly.
